At the helm of Jaan par André since July 2008, Chef de Cuisine Andre Chiang has been captivating elite gourmands with his artisanal flair and exuberance for using unique ingredients, many of whom return repeatedly to savour his exemplary cooking that encapsulates the creative spirit of French nouvelle cuisine.

His signatures such as Forgotten Vegetables - a showcase of 21 humble heirloom ingredients including purple and white carrots, Romanesco broccoli and black tomato - embody Chef André's imperative to bring his guests a superlative selection of unique produce sourced from independent artisan producers around the world.
